Love Life Mindfully offers Mindfulness Courses online and in person in group and one to one format. Research shows that an 8 week Mindfulness Course can improve your wellbeing in a number of ways including reduced anxiety and stress, improved sleep, improved self-esteem and an overall improvement in wellbeing. Life can be an emotional rollercoaster, most recently we have been thrown into the depths of uncertainty trying to find our way through a pandemic. The constant chatter in our minds, worries, thinking of the past and future can take the full experience of life and joy away from us meaning life can feel unfulfilling, mundane and only worth living for the weekend or that holiday (many of us have been unable to have).

Through Mindfulness you learn to recognise when you’re living on autopilot and you learn new ways to approach every day activities with curiosity and friendliness. You start to become aware of your thoughts, feelings, sensations, impulses, habits and patterns and you are encouraged to take care of yourself. This opens up space for you to approach your experience in a different way, with openness, acceptance and kindness. An 8 week Mindfulness course gives you the tools to become aware of all your experiences both pleasant and unpleasant, learning that all experiences are impermanent. You will learn how to directly experience events rather than trying to hold on to them or push them away.
