I’m so excited to finally get teaching in person! Let’s hope restrictions allow me to teach this wonderful course at the very quaint Smythe Hall in Stow Maries, Essex. Not only will you learn a new way to approach life, with more focus, positivity and acceptance but you will also get the chance to meet new people. You will also be making a designated time of two hours per week for you and your wellbeing. Making time for yourself and your wellbeing is so important for you and those around you.
Life has been tough for many of us the past 18 months, we’ve found ourselves in difficult times where worries, apprehension and emotions have been dominating our feelings, this can really take the joy away from life. The mindful approach gives you the tools to see things differently, through another lens with openness and awareness allowing you to make space for you to choose an approach that will benefit your wellbeing.
