I am running three beginners courses along side each other, giving participants the choice to join either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday class. This course is an introduction to mindfulness and will give you some of the tools to use daily to embody a more mindful life. Learn what it is like to meditate and the challenges we all face during practice. Learn how to use the breath to come back to the present moment and how powerful it can be to calm the nervous system and settle the body. Learn how to identify where emotions are showing up in the body and how you can use mindfulness to be open and allowing of these sensations. Lastly, you will be given the tools to embark on a more mindful life.
