Fliss is an excellent practitioner who is very empathetic and focuses on the needs of each individual, gently encouraging personal development and improvement in well-being. It’s as if she places a mirror in front of you which reflects your inner self and then guides you to navigate a way of living more positively with yourself. The course is holistic and involves physical movement, reflection, and group discussion. I thoroughly recommend it. It is well worth the time invested, I found it incredibly beneficial, even life changing. I cannot thank for Fliss enough for all her care, help and support.

This course was amazing a real eye opener. Fliss has taught me how to apply mindfulness to everyday life and difficult situations. I found every session so interesting and I’ve learnt so much. I also met a lovely, caring group of people.
